To request an art piece please fill in the form below with the artwork you want with any custom requests like color choices or sizes and your mailing address.

Prices can be seen in the Gallery for re-created pieces. For custom artwork please include your budget. Purchase will include artwork only on canvas.

Frames can be added for an additional cost depending on size.

Shipping, if required, will be calculated by my mom and is not included in the price.

Checks should be made out to me. My mom can provide more details.
